is there an issue with having plenty of designs and ideas so when the time comes you can choose the best one? i'd rather "pre plan imaginary" installs than actually waste money buying and reselling like most.

if you sell it to some one else your a douche more worried about the cost of one sheet of MDF not car audioi lol

you do it cuz you love it and want to do it wether a design is badd or good it is nieve to say "this is my last/only design ever" you'll build it again

and hell is you do build that box(in the nxt three months) bring down my way and i'll pay for the wod lol

the design i posted obviously needs to be redone but my question was the design i posted has 20sqin of port per cubic foot, what do you recommend?

showing my limited knowledge of 4th orders even my sketch up skills are decent, why so much in comparison to a regular vented enclosure?

REVISED... how about this, internal measurements are the same, just rearanged, re-braced, and the port only sticks out the front 4.5" this time, should be just enough to get thru the bed and cab with an inch or 2 left over.

opened up port to 144 in^2 which yields 25.5 in^2 per cubic foot

MUCH BETTER...just widen the port alittle and u will be fine

lol you should see some of my houses on sketchup boxes are simple in comparison
