45s in corner, needed?

Would there be a noticeable difference if I did not to put 45 degree angles at each corner of the port?

Just wondering because they are going to be a pain in the *** to cut without a table saw.

The box is 2.2 @33 with 46.5 sq inches of port area

help with standing waves an i think cut down on heat build up heat+sub=is more money for a recone lol

i would recommend sanding your box insides as smooth as you can get it if your not gonna use 45's but i would be really careful if your not using a table saw.

Don't worry about them. I test this type of stuff and will tell you from experience with a Termlab that it's not necessary for daily driving.

Keep in mind that 45 degree corners can also have a negative impact. They do not always improve box output.

The point of 45's is to make the corner width the same as the rest of the port, so it shouldn't be too narrow...
