450-500$ for subs help me spend

i want to spend 450-500$ on either 1 or 2 subs that have a lot of SPL, but decent in the SQ department. if possible maybe tell me an amp to match the sub/subs and the budget for that would be like 400$.

check out their premium series...right now u can get a 12" shipped for $225...a 15 for about $30 more or so

i thought the xxx's were out of stock, and would 1 of those be louder than 2 15" l7s? also, what kind of an amp would i need for an MT
