425 watts to a 1232w?

hey guys, just wandering if it would be ok to run 425 watts to my reference 1232w's. Ill have 2 of them hooked up to a planet audio p1250d. Subs are in a .98 cu.ft box sealed, each with seperate chamber. Will be wired in series bridged to give a 4 ohm load. amp puts out about 853 watts @ 4 ohms. Think it will be ok for me to do?

Kid didnt bring my eclipse sub today, said he would tomorrow, ill give u guys pics and serial number of it if i find it..

i was planning on hooking them up today.. so if anyone could help that would be awesome. subs rated at 350 rms.. so just wandering if they could take the extra 75 watts.

just set your gains according to the tuturial

so the amp is sending the subs how much power

you want them to get...

i would say in general for non ridiculous systems

you can run any reasonable subs off any reasonable

amp if you set the gains right and there is no impedance

mismatch...

thanks.. ive got a hc sitting in my room hidden =D and that bix box.. box was too tall to fit in my trunk, so i had to hide it so i couldnt install those.. and i was just gonna wire the amp.. but my dad decides he wants to take my car tonight.. Hey geoffry, why are you getting rid of ur se's and amp when u hadn't even had them for a month?

the viper was a replacement for my memphis but

it was re-furbed or in my case [not] re-furbed and

got to me broken... they are sending me out a

replacement once they get mine back... which

should be today or tomorrow... so ill be getting

one back late this week or next week...

the SE's arent being agreeable... i dont honestly

know whats wrong with them... but they sound

messed up... so i called RE and told them what

was up and they agreed to take a look at then

since they should be under warranty...

so im not getting rid of my system... my system

is just on a break...

oh and btw... the SE's are freaking awesome

subs and this is hell waiting without my music...

well that is good your getting your stuff repared/looked at. Hopefully it will come out sounding better =D. so now my dad decides not to take my car.. and its too late to run wires.. gotta wiat till thurs i guess, or a rainy day =D. i love garages
