Yes I found the same exact car that I broke into my vehicle.

Today at lunch I waited across the street where the suspects car was located and had a police officer meet me there which I might add took almost 2 hours. After he got there asked them some silly questions then told me that the mexican owner which is abld as described by the eye witness's said that he was at lunch during the time of the crime with his buddies in another car and that he left his car parked in one spot the enitre day. Which is BS. I have 3 eye witness's that saw the car and the people in it to back me up. One witness watched the entire thing take place and had a very good up close description of the suspects. As they drove off I thought I had the correct plate numbers and gave it to officer that made the police report, but after finding the car today that did the jacking I found that I only got 2 of the numbers correct.

So with all of this info I have on suspects the cop still refuses to do anything!!!!

you should like etch a symbol on your equipment and take pics so if anything ever get stolen in the future and you find it you can prove that its yours.

Dude wtf are you talking bout, If you need something done by the police, YOU MAKE sure you let them know about and you keep on there ***, and trust me they will get it done. If worst comes to worst you threating the police about going to there captain, OR notify the news station bout how un-helpfull the police are. THEY DO NOT to want to look bad so they will help you. They have ZERO grounds to do anything. They don't do stuff on hearsay they need pictures and video.. not even eye witnesses matter..

The most they will do is make a report so that if anything happens in the future you can use that as reference...

Especially when it comes to something as common as a stolen stereo.. they barely care if your car gets stolen..

I also suggest to the thread starter don't go talkin to people's bosses about this.

You need to drop it it's too late after the fact your asking for trouble.. Your not going to get your items back or any money. Your just going to piss a lot of people off..

You should seek other forms of retribution.. sp?

Maybe your car stereo is covered under your or your parents home owners / renters insurance.. Mine is and I didnt even request it it was just automatic..

i like this idea...

you could prolly pick up a pound of shit weed for $600~700(at least around here). bag it up in dimes & 1/8's, follow dude home and stash it up under the rear bumper.

next morning, call the police and give a description of him, the car, and the plate #. tell 'em he's been slangin' bags and tell him where he stashes it. also tell them you saw him with a gun(gets the man there faster).

make sure you call before he leaves for work so they can stop him on the way. also, make sure you are nearby with camcorder.

it's a small investement, but works very well.

we did this a few years back to a guy who stabbed my friend at a party and got away with it, he got 2 years in the pen.
