I would say with the right power, and correct enclosure that the four L7's will be louder.

But again, it will come down to your installation.

Either way you could make one louder than the other if you know what your doing. Remember install is the key........

I suppose I will run the amp at .5 to the L7's.

I'm gonna have to upgrade more electrical, then get the subs and wire the amp down. Maybe I will commit and do it all not sure yet!

1 MT might peak louder, but 4 L7 12's will be louder overall, and probably peak louder...

OK guys, the REAL question is:
Will 4 12L7's be A LOT louder then 1 18MT?

I want to be like WOW that is ALOT louder! lol

ive heard 4 type R's and 4 L7's both set up right for loud daily beating. id say its a toss up. either way its going to be loud. id go with the L7's just for the fact they can handle the power better.
