Alright I'll go make one real quick. I got mine from woofercooker, they did stop making them, I guess he gets recone parts and makes them from scrap or something along those lines. Very good quality build subs though as far as I'm concerned.

what did you score with the 15's and what didn't sound right about them?

I never got them metered. They just sounded a little muddy to me, I tried tuning them for a long time, listening to them, then tuning some more. It also could've been the enclosure, DJ said it would be fine (7.3ft.) but lots of people recommended bigger and my tuning was a little high (38-39hz), so it realistically could've been any number of factors.

gotcha, i only ask because im getting ready to redo mine and i've been lookin hard at the sdc 15's, i've got a single hdc 12 now, but i also have a truck and im maxed out at about 7.8-7.9 cubes gross so with aeros, right around 7.3-7.5 net and everyone says 8-8.5 so i'm curious about numbers and lows etc etc, thanks for the help

sweet... can't wait to get mine put in... my box prob won't have as much cuft. as yours but hopefully they'll still get loud... running them with the new sundowm 1000d so hopefully they'll be clean as well. 140 debeez... thats bumpin with 8s

I would honestly think that the box size would be fine at around 7.3 but make sure you tune them lower, IMO, I think they like being tuned lower. I have no practical experience with hearing/metering them in a lower tuned enclosure, this is just purely my opinion. Very good quality subs though, you won't be disappointed.

My thoughts on the DB's is totally a guess but I've heard a decent amount of stereo's and what they metered at plus seen what these things can do and I don't think I'm that far off. I'm sure yours will sound great though. What car they going into? What you gonna tune them at?
