imo, the 15" si mag v3 i had was an overhyped POS. that was the last time i listened to ca.com reviews. I'm glad they moved on to the v4

What didn't you like about it? min didn't like the highs to much but killed the lows. Pretty much the same performance as the TC9 and RD Alpha I had in the same box.

I ran 2 sealed in my center console for a few weeks. Sadly not long enough and due to size constraints decided to drop down to a single. Single works good for me in my truck for many reasons, but I would love to jump back up to a pair and 4 should have more than enough output (if you still like listening you your music)

Well, the 12" Mag v4 is a total re-design... and its a defenint improvment. If you really want to know what your going to get yourself into with 4 Mag v4's do some research on http://stereointegrity.com/ you can read up on plenty info thier. Check out the technical specs and jump on the forum. Personally If you have the powerplant for 4 Mags and the proper electricals, battery, wiring ext. I would go for it.

You can read the review of the v4 in my sig. the V3 was a totally different sub that had some VERY neat characteristics that me and a few other spl nerds figured out, I loved all the 12" v3s I ever heard

Now, besides the fact that this is TOTALLY off base, and plain untrue, lets look into this a bit.. an improvment on WHAT side? well, the sq? is it better? i didnt think so. is the spl better? definatly not. now, why dont you go ahead and stop trying to post opinions as fact.

Um, the driver was designed to be a small box, low powered, clean, transparent sub. From every review I've seen it does just that.

Now if that's not what YOU'RE looking for, why don't you go ahead and stop posting opinions as fact, thanks.

sorry guys had work..since the 12" only wants 1 cube sealed i figured i could fit 4 in my tl..maybe 3 ported

Please do your research, the v4 mags are not recommended to be ran ported
