4 Ohm or 8 Ohm [Car Stereo]

Hi Team,

I have an amplifier which says, 35X4' and has an impedance of 4-8 Ohm. So all I wish to know is, which are the best and what is the actual difference between 4ohm and 8 ohm speakers. What all does effect the power/current etc.

Which Ohm speakers will make Amp safe in terms of clarity and usage.

If you can rum an amp at a higher ohm it will last longer and sound better doing it.

well 8 ohm are usually house speakers never seen a amp have ratings for 8ohms i would run ur speakers at 4,2 ohms if there ur high and mids

sounds like that amp has a regulated power supply that will output the same amount from 4-8ohms.

I'd go with 8ohm since it'll make your amp work less and achieve the same output.
