can someone explain to me what makes them different?, I have two 4ohm subs can i run them @ 1ohm? What options do i have with 4ohm subs?or do i have to run them at a 2ohm load? Also if i were to have 2ohm subs could i run them at 2ohms? 4ohms? 1ohm?

I have the 4ohms subs wired to a 2 channel amp, i didnt wire them myself so i dont even know at what ohm they are wired at, do you guys think they are wired at 2 ohms?

It doesnt matter if they are wired 4ohm stereo to both channels, or 2ohms bridged mono... the amp will output the same amount of power.
Two single voice coil 4 ohm subs can only be wired to 2ohms or 8ohms. Or 4ohms stereo of course.
