4 inch flare kit from Parts Express

Hi guys, I have one of the 4 inch flare kits from Parts Express and I don't know the cutout diameter. The directions said to cut to the diameter of the inside flare, I measured it to be about 6.25 inches, is this correct? I don't want to make a mistake and distroy a good MDF panel.

If that's what it measured, then that's what it is. I have a pair downstairs, but I'm far too lazy to go down there and measure them.

6.25 is the correct diameter
