i got my new SX dustcap in today, so i take the sub out disconnect the power wires, and notice this

is there anyway i could fix this? maybe resolder? help plz i already miss my sub knowing shes not in my car:crying:

Can you try and trim it up a little bit maybe? Then heat up the old soldered part of the lead and slide the new one in and solder that. Just a suggestion.....

 
solder a piece of wire to it cause obviously its shorter now and if you resolder it to where it was it will break loose so what im trying to say like a piece of wire and then you can connect the wire to the speaker wire of the amp just bypass that connection thing sort of like how DD does their subs

thats wat i was thinking but wat kinda wire? nekind? i cant use alot or i'll get tinsel slap
