4 gauge wire enough? RMS or total watt

I'm going to be using 4 gauge wire and its rated for:

4 gauge: ~140 amperes

Class D (~70% efficiency) -

Question is, will my diamond 400.4 (180X2 @ 4 ohm), diamond 400.2 (430X1 @ 4 ohm), and kicker 250.2 (~100X2 @ 4ohm) need a thicker wire?

Do I total up the RMS ratings or the total power ratings?

If I total the RMS ratings, I should be ok...but if i'm supposed to add the total ratings, I'm out of luck.

Which one is it?

Thanks

according to the wire guide, it looks like you'd be pushing it, but still OK

however, I would suggest you just get 1/0 instead to be sure, besides, you'll want to upgrade eventually anyway. I bought a 4ga kit not long ago because it was big enough for what I had, now I'm buying 1/0 wire...

You will be fine. I am running a Treo SSX1500.1 and SSX75.4 off Stinger Expert 4 gauge and no issues at all. Heck I am running the SSX1500.1 at 1 OHM. It is just a mustang and no dimming nothing. Just my 2 pennies.
