confused about wiring 2 amps.....

well im going to be running 2 hifonics 1206d's each amp will be wired to a 15in. kicker l7. im confused on how i should wire this.... i was thinking about just running the ground and pos. from the battery to the trunk into a distribution block and have it split off into both amps. but what gauge wire should i run when going from the battery to distribution block and from each amp to the distribution block. i know theres a thread on what thickness of wire to use but i just want some personal opinions.

Do this....

1.) Run a fuse 1/0 Gauge Power lead from the battery. (fused at 250 amps)

2.) Bolt the ground wire to the chassis (as close as possible to the location of the amps)

3.) get a fused distroblcck and run 4 gauge power leads to the amps

4.) get a ground distroblock and run 4 gauge ground leads to the amps

ty, thats what i needed now what kinda speaker wire should i use per sub? i just wanna do this all right and not mess up what so ever
