4 gauge on 130a ho alt?

200amp fuse is too big for 4gauge wire...the wire is rated for about 125amp fuse...using something that much bigger is not a good idea...if something bad happens the fuse may not blow and you'll have a nice little fire on your hands.
+1. The fuse will likely take longer to blow than the wire will take to heat up. 150A is the max I'd put on a 4gauge.

Adding to your stock wires with 4 gauge will be fine.
