4 channel goin into protect when bass hits

ok so i hooked up 2 12 type r to my orion 2500.when i trun the music up to 25 on my deck the speakers cut out.i checked the 4 channel and it goes in and out of protect mode.wat could be my problem i checker all wires seem good to me.wat else could it be.

Maybe to low of a inpedance load for your amp.

a few things will cause that.. too low of current (not likely for a 4 channel), impedence to low, or ohm resistor inside amp is fried... I would check the the latter 2

Either an impedance your amp can't handle, or the ground is not sufficient. Make sure you've got a good sized wire for it, (what's the rule of thumb, same size as power? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif ) and that it's a fairly short run to the metal, and that the groundpoint has the paint sanded away.

i think you should run 2 re xxx 15s in your back seat and get a kicker warhorse. and upgrade that poopy 4 channle of yours

ok.it works fine with out the subs on.ill change the place of the ground to see wats the deal.and also i got 4 awg wiring hooked up to it.

The input voltage is dropping to low for the 4ch amp when the bass hits.
