4 channel amp rms question

Really good because Id like to save 50 bucks. Now how bout that kicker 200.4 or the kicker 350.4 at 90 watts x4. Then will I notice a difference or still not? Also would kicker be a good brand for amps? Sorry but im a noob when it comes to car audio. Thanks for the help though!
