4 channel amp- 4 6x9 hook up??? Question

I have a 4 channel amp, i want to hook it up so i can use the fade option on the cd player.Running the Power,Remote,Ground,Rca is not a problem. Just not sure on the rest of the process.Any input would be great....

I have the front 2 speakers hooked up....speaker wire running from speaker to amp.Amp rca to head unit.Now i dont have the back hooked up..old speakers still in there and thos are hooked up to the cd player no amp yet.And the Fade is not working...
