I have no idea on cost... I had some of the stuff from my Havoc build too. Several times during the build, during times I was without seats in my car and building materials all over the garage I wanted to just say "you know it's not worth it" and hang up the drill and hit the classifieds.

But I kept on it and I am so glad I did. I love it!

Time log... hmm let's see - I decided I would do this back in March... Started buying gear in April. Building was off and on throughout the entire summer when I had time. I work overnight so I would get off in the mornings then sleep through the day to go back @ night. So finding legit time to build was difficult. But easily 6 months for me (granted im lazy and poor, lol)

I found out the wallet doesn't seem to hurt so bad when you buy all of your gear in a dragged out time period! lol

Isnt 8 gauge speaker wire to small to flow 7k watts.

It's actually 4 GA power wire.

but 8 ga would be fine as well...
