4 12s or 2 15's Rockford Fosgate?

Ok so I've got a single cab silverado and am going to have my box in the bed of my truck with the bed and cab having a hole cut out(in Cali we call it a bed tube but they don't have a name for it in mizzou so I have to speak in leman's terms).

The deal my guy is giving me is either putting 2 T1 15" subs in the box or putting 4 P3 12" subs in it.

I've only had 2 p3's in a car before(still loud) and don't have experience with 15s.

The subs are rockford fosgate.

Which grouping would be louder?
