a say 2 15s are a bit more ideal.. 1.75 is small for high output drivers.. even 2 dc level 4 xls would fair nicely i would recommend something with a higher vas lower fs and a mib qes .38-.45...

What about PAP WMD's, ive read stuff on them before, never thought about looking into them

they have a good price, look like nice built subs, i really like the CF cone and high roll surround, i have a fetish for high roll surrounds, something different not too many run

gonna call tomorrow and see what i can do on prices for 4

well cant use SDC2.5s due to, what i can see, only D4ohm coils
DD is too hella costly

In the lead is DC LVL 4, followed by RD and Fi, then IA

gonna be a bit before i buy, so still room for other options, but these look like solid choices

ive also thought about 2 Higher end 15s, maybe lvl4 XL/lvl 5 or DPs or maybe Xcons...thoughts?

Hdc copper coils maybe? They do well off 1000 watts, and are much more capable than the dd 3500s you mentioned.

Maybe some Icons...they look hot, Xcons might be a lil bit out ur range, but call and maybe get on their Team....good bit cheaper i assume

you tested both? the 35 soubs better. yea its not as peaky, but it has a flatter fr gets lower, and gets louder down low.. if you what something loud that is considered musical 3500..

the motor strength/mass ratio between the 2 is very close, power handling is too..

imo 3500 is a better woofer..

1 10" sono tube with 1.25" flared ends

Square port, 80-100 sq in maybe more depending on what i can fit
