I would say 2 or 3 positive runs. One negative run assuming your body/frame grounds are also good.

No lie I see myself doing 2 positive runs instead of 3. My grounds I'll more than likely run them to my subframes

2 will probably be fine. Just monitor your voltage drop carefully when you start testing it out.

I don't know what vehicle you have, but I would recommend a dedicated ground run. I know I'm going to have one on this next build.

I pulled the trigger and got 50ft of 4/0 from knukonceptz. I plan on doing 2 runs front to rear. Any suggestions on fuse ratings?

If they're rated at 600A, then 2 300A fuses for each run.
