What amps are stable @ .35 ohms and whats the output with 14.3V @ this impendance? Might be getting a dual .7 and this means I need to look into a new amp.

I know a few people have had luck running the 20.1 down that low daily. With a proper electrical system of course.

wont be a daily driver sub most likely, I can always rewire to 1.4ohms for DD if I decide to but I plan on tuning high and dont want to port plug. its a MT motor with BTL recone. So looking for something good for burps on 14.3v and I dont think I will be putting a new alt till i get a new car which wont be for another year or so.

Without a battery bank or HO alt, you arent going to be able to feed any amp at that low of an impedance the current it will need.

A 20.1 will work well for the 1.4 to .35 DD to burp setup on that voltage.

IIRC, Noah had decent luck with the kicker 2500 running at both impedances. Its output can be more then a 20.1

MMats and DD amps work well for this. As well as the AB and VFL amps. An AB 75.1 would be a good match up for you too if you wanted to save some cash. It "could" be ran at .35 all the time.

thanks, gonna look into them, I know someone is selling a couple AB 100.1 they can handle .35 burps without burning them out? might put a couple optimas in the trunk too that I will charge for the burp, but definetly no HO alt since it wont be transferable to the civic when i switch cars.

Im not willing to argue with you over stupid shit you can eat your sub Im fine with what i have. good luck in life. I wasnt willing to ship my working sub for your non working sub without testing your sub first since you as you said have no real references and noone in your area that is willing to vouch for you. I on the other hand provided all my info, long list of references, phone number and 2 well known forum members who live near me and have been to my house.
