100in^2 sould be plenty... keep the ports distance equal between the woofers linear..

i'd prolly just do like 1 10" sonotube

remember sd=(1/2 dia)^2*3.145

5^2*3.145=78.5... that is the bare min i would use... if possible use 3 6"ports...
