3000.1 taramps or Wolfram on 300 amp alt?

I'm about to start buying the electrical upgrades for a 2010 Toyota Highlander. I'm going to be running a Wolfram W3000.1 or Taramps Md 3000 amp on 2 12 XFL's. I'm at the ends of my funds for now so the only electrical upgrades I can get is a 300 amp alt and the big 3. Is this enough electrical to run this set-up?

There are 24 Sams clubs in GA alone... One in Atlanta as well..
