Whats the best DIY setup im gonna be running an active crossover and i need it to keep up with my 13w7 i will be getting a kx200.2 and i have an 800.4 I was thinking eu-700's 2 css 4.5's and some sorta good tweets. Any suggestions.

i dont wanna go crazy. Ive seen mids go for under 100 thats fine 100 for midrange and like 60-70 for Tweets. I think parts express is the cheapest. I think he said the dayton 7 inch with a seas 5.5 and this other weird looking tweeter that he said they use on the seas excel component sets that sell for like 1000 dollers. i forgot what they were called thou

HES NOT AROUND lol
What on earth do you mean I'm always arrnd //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif -- I have to recommend the Dayton RS tweeter, Seas TDFC -- or any of the high end ($160+/ea) units... LPG has some decent smaller faceplate tweeters...

I am putting a design together for Blue using the Peerless XLS 8" -- dual 5.5" Seas Excel Nextel mids per side and the $160 new excel soft dome tweeter... On more of a budget -- you would still get ~75% of the performance with the XLS 8" Seas MP 5" mid (or Seas MCA 5.5" mid -- a little more harsh and a little more detailed... I like the MP better though) and the Seas TDFC tweeter... for a ton less money... that CSS mid is also nice though...
