but personally i think optimas are crap for the price. Much better for same price or less. That stinger spv70 is one of the best batts out there for the price. Optimas are hard to charge and bring back to life

if the one under the hod is at 12volts its got a bad cell and starting to go if not already. I have one a wet cell that after being fully charged on slow deep cycyle 2amps an hour charge once i pull it off and let it sit for 24 hours it drops to 11.8 with no load. So if that batt is being charged right by the alt then thats the problem switch that battery out.

Even put one of the ones from the back upfront and see what happens

I think I'll pull them all, retest them, and throw all the bad ones away and see what Im left with.

what sub, check the coils and make sure they are both hooked up in the same polarity ie -2- and +2+ and make sure they were wired from factory that way with a 9v battery, I had a RE Sx that had been recone with MT soft parts and when the guy I bought it from reconed it he mustve put the terminals on backwards for 1 coil so they were working against each other, sub still read 2 ohms on the dmm but it wasnt working and I was seeing CRAZY dimming and voltage drops and the sub was barely moving.

How are the rear batts wired to the front one and alt? First thing is stop being lazy and do the big 3 :p Who knows what size the factory wiring is on there already, I would assume tiny.

It's not lazy, we have worked on this car all day for the last week, my GF is gettn pissed and tired of helping, and it blows doing it all by myself... a little company is nice. 1 thing after another after another.
