3" mid to handle 60-80 Wrms for less than $120?

I'm building my first active 3-way front stage. I have the mid bass (Hertz HV165) and some tweets (some JL I had on a shelf - will get new ones someday...). I'll be powering it with a JL Slash 300/4 (passive between the mid and tweet for now), so I'll have 75W per channel to play with (90 if 2 ohm). But in the 3" mids all I can find are either 15W, require a pod or cost several hundred dollars. Obviously, this is more about learning the tuning and getting something to play with than max SQ. My budget isn't more than $100-ish. Options?
