the banks are modified. its simple yet very touchy at the same time. when a bank is hooked up it rests at 17v +with a ton of reserve. in many cases 1 bank out does 6 16v turbo starts believe it or not it has more reserve as well.

2 more left if you are into spl and want an excellent 17v set up to go with this is a good buy. they retail for $3000 each (suggested) these are used in working order. i have been told by more than a few hardcore competitors 1 bank is at least equal to 6 16v turbo starts. i havent done any side by side with the turbo starts but have seen plenty competitors switch.
