Yikes, well then 39.4ish hz tuning wont really be a bad thing with you?..I guess I just kind of cringe at those high-tunings..

really? lol i thought 39 was low man thats awesome that u tune your boxes that low,its just i dont have the equipment to be loud at such a low frequeancy

looks great dude thanks i might have to make it a lil bit smaller to slide it in but it looks like it should fit,in your opinion should it face the back of my trunk or the front towards the cabin?

No prob. And as long as you have some space left behind the enclosure I would face it towards the rear.

mdf or birch plywood. birch would be lighter, so easier to take out but a good chunk more on cost
