Depends on the amp you are buying.... If you get the 2 ohm version, buy an amp that is stable down to one ohm to get max power to it. The 4 ohm version only needs an amp that is 2 ohm-stable.
you might want to get the 2 ohm version then, because you can wire the 2 ohm to 1 or 4 ohms, so you can wire it to 4 ohms to go to your amp. The 4 ohm version will only wire to 2 ohm or 8 ohm
so to bridge all i do is get the 2ohm sub and take the positive wire and hook it to the left positive thing and then take the negative wire and hook it to the right negative thing and then my sub will be hooked up right?
ok in that pic it showing the sub with 4 hook up jacks on the sub and u take one negative from the sub and run a wire from it to the positive jack on other side of the sub
then you take the other positive jack and run it to the positive on the amp
and then take the other negative jack and run it to negative on the amp right?
yea, its easy. just connect 1 postive and 1 negative togehter. then connect the remiaining positive to the amps positive output, and the remaining negative to the negative output.
well i saw that price but someone told me etronics was not a good site to buy form casue they got a type e from there and the cone was cut
and where can i get the speaker wire to run from the sub to the amp and how do i get it with the plug in jacks on one end b/c on my amp u unscrew the screw and tighten the wire down under it with nuthin on the end
