250A fuse enough for 1/0 AWG?

Don't listen to this guy, he either has no idea what he's saying or he's just trying to be a smartass. What would be the purpose of putting in a fuse under the necessary rating?
You're a freaking moron. It is you that doesn't seem to understand basic electrical safety. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif

Why don't you explain to the forum why it's a bad thing to put a 250A fuse on a 1/0 wire vs. a 300A fuse?

I'll repeat it again since you didn't seem to grasp it the first time. It's never a bad idea to underfuse a circuit, particularly if that circuit never draws the electrical maximum load. Underfusing allows for a margin of safety, and that my friend is never a bad idea. I'd always rather replace a fuse, than have a fire, PERIOD!

I bet you over fuse amps as well and prefer the output transistors to act like fuses.

GTFO! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif
