cadence will typicaly back up warranties if not they will refurb CHEAP

and btw it does only have 1 4 gauge power and 4 gauge ground wire

no that is wrong.. please check on the amp and im sry if im wrong but arnt the other 2 stated "direct connect power capacitor"? thats for an optional cap ..
