depends on what the answer to my question was.

if its a good amp, and no crappy clipped power/signal, then it IS better than the aqs for the price.

if its a cheap crappy amp, then no its not worth the money.

Actually i have both, i use the dtr and have the aq as back up. The dtr is less power hungry, smaller foot print and seems to put out more power at lower gain levels and easier on the electrical. I saw on caco they do rated power easily. I read a few months ago a guy had the same claims but imo i like the dtr more.
