Looking to replace my factory HU. What to do. Crutchfeld said I have to cut out rails and that the factory unit wont be able to be reinstalled. I have heard Ill loose some of my factory options? I want a $500 unit that had cd, hd radio, XM, android play? Backup cam, usb, etc. Was at best buy getting a new QLED and wandered over to the car stereo and the guy was talking up kenwood. Help. My last HU was a prs 80 in a 2006.

I'd post in a Silverado/Sierra specific forum considering that's such a new truck unless all you want is information about a good headunit and not how to get it work with factory integration

I think I saw Alpine has a direct fit unit for these trucks but they are pricey. Check Crutchfield.com.
