2016 wrx base model system install help

the factory head unit is deeply intertwined in car electronics, back up cam ect,...
i would like to keep stock deck but want to run a second head unit hidden somewhere in cab of car , arm rest possibly, glove box... how hard would this be to install plus possible problems with a setup like this ?

The other route i was thinking was to install a signal processor before the factory amp and then from that connect my amps and speakers just not sure what would be best in my car, i plan to replace all stock speakers also.....


any input will be much appreciated.
