The newest AV head units have either not yet shipped or they're just about to hit store shelves now. You're not going to see any consumer reviews for a bit yet.
HTML?? Maybe with a mirroring head unit and a compatible smartphone you can view web pages on the head unit, but from what I've experienced you still have to control it from the phone. That's how it is with my Clarion NX603, the CCA770 Android HDMI cable and my Droid RAZR. For safety restrictions they won't allow full touch control on the head unit unless it's an approved app.

Did you consider using the PAC AmpPRO 4, AP4-CH31?
It will connect between factory amp and head unit and allow you to have RCA outputs for the amps.
