2013 Elantra Install Help/Suggestions

I just bought a new 2013 Elantra and the first thing I want to do is dump much of the stock sound system, especially the speakers which are front and back door mounted. I had originally planned on replacing everything with my old system which I pulled out of my previous car which includes:

(4) Focal 165V1 2 way speakers (6 1/2 woofer/1 3/4 tweeter)

Alpine SWS-12D4 subwoofer (12")

Alpine MRP-F600 4 channel amp (Focals)

Alpine MRP-M500 1 channel mono amp (SW)

Alpine CDA-9887 CD/Reciever Head Unit

After using the Elantra stock head unit and more importantly, understanding that it would be a significant hassle to buy a new 2 Din Head Unit to fit in the only aftermarket dash cowl I could find (which is pretty cheap and flimsy looking), I figured I'd stick with the OEM Elantra head unit and hook it up to the Alpine amps and SW and Focal speakers. I plan on mounting the two Alpine Amps under the rear back window deck in the trunk. Problem is, and this is where I need feedback, I imagine I need a Processor/EQ like say, a Audison Bit Ten as a go-between from the stock head unit to my Alpine amps.

Unfortunately due to forum rules, I can't post links to photos and wiring diagrams of the Elantra OEM head unit.

Any help is appreciated.
