Is it possible to install better audio (amplifiers,subwoofers,etc.) in the 2011 Chevrolet Spark without removing the stock headunit? And if it is possible,what can I install ?

its possible you would need everything you would normally need plus a line out converter or a sound processor with a line out converter built in. i recommend the latter but i used an req5 and it worked fine in my cruze. just be ready if you want to replace the head unit, the harness msrp's for like 250.
