Four tweeters. What speakers' impedance? RMS ratings? Planning to wire the tweeters together in parallel/series? Have plans for the crossovers these speakers will require?

Your lack of replies is probably due to two main factors. One being the lack of info, people are less likely to five into a larger discussion than a more brief one, and a more specific question makes the answer more brief. And the second is system with 4 tweeters and 6x9's is generically unpopular around here, so people are less inclined to dive into helping set it up. Can I ask why you chose this speaker combination?

Hook the tweeters up to the deck unless your gonna run a crossover or simular stuff that most are unaware of. Buy a cheap couple hundred watt amp for the 6x9's and try to run it without overpowering them or distorting them.

Combination of components will be to each their own, apparently you like crisp highs and thats good if thats what you like.

my wifes 2006 Lacrosse has 6x9's in the rear with I beleive 6.5's in each door and a set of tweets up in the front pillars, sounds good to me.

1 it sounds good as hell and i need that extra amp to power the kicker dome tweeters and another pair of dome tweeters including my 6x9's thats why, i hear people ride out here but rare do i hear someones front stage sound good. thats why i have that speaker combonation

Crescendo 1000C4 for $195 shipped BNIB is hard to beat. I own several of them.

As for your combination sounding good, you've obviously never heard a set up that truly sounds good vs a hood set up that sounds like snakes on a plane........SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss

Trust me I go to a lot of hood shows and hear that crap all the time, but my car takes home the $$$ at the end of the day....
