2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee double installation

Hello, I'm stuck in the middle of an install, and don't know what to do from here. I cleared room for the unit, got the bottom two screws in, but can't get the top. I also don't think the unit will fit in the dash to begin with by about 1/4". Is there a piece I can buy to fix this problem or is the head unit just incompatible? (It's a pioneer AVH-X5800BHS.) Sorry if this post is misplaced; I couldn't find anything relevant.
