2008 Focus install Q's?

Has anyone done an install on a 2008 focus 4 door? Ive got a guy that wants to completely redo everything in it and i cant find a harness or dash kit to put a new radio in...where do you guys get your harnesses and stuff? I usually get it from bb but we didnt have shit for this particular car. Im thinking about just using an LOC for the sub stage? Probably gonna do something like 2 budget 12s on maybe 600wrms for it. Hows the factory equipment on these cars?
