I just started making the build for my dad's 08 Camry. All i've done is the wiring, but here is what i'll be putting in:

06S10L7

2.0 Cu Ft. @ 34 hz

Directed 1100D @ 2 ohms

KnuKonceptz 4 Gauge wiring

LOC (i'll only be adding subwoofer to stock system)

Here's some pictures of the wiring and one of the sub =)

Not bad , but please , please grommet that wire you have running through the metal on both sides of the piece. Those area's back there are sharp as ****. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

K thanks. im not 100% sure if im going to leave it there, the amp will be on top of the box so its easier that way.

He means the firewall....
No, the hole in the trunk. Don't want the same thing happening to his power wire that happened to your speaker wire. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

The 2.25cf enclosure is the SPL/Deep bass enclosure.

For some reason Kicker no longer lists a street bass medium sized enclosure recommendations.

A 2004 10L7 the manual has-

1.75cf + port

2.75x11.25"x, port 17.75" long

I'm sure you dad will love the stock HU with stock speakers being overwhelmed by a sub! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif

And do the 1.75 or 1.5 box, 2 is way too big learn about Q values then rethink your box design.

ok, i guess since everyone says 2 is too big, then i will go for a 1.75 cu ft box tuned to 34 hz. i havent made the box yet. I plan on getting the wood cut this weekend or sometime during the next week.
