2007 Dodge Nitro Amp install help

Going to install a smaller amp and some comps in my wife's truck this weekend. I'm pretty sure I can get the power wire from the front to the back via the tubular steel undercarriage but I'm having problems figuring out where to get the constant for.

Any help with the easiest way to run power to the rear of a Nitro would be very helpful!

Using welding wire too. So outside shouldn't be an issue as it is semi-technically enclosed.
