2007 Chevy Silverado Classic with Bose and Onstar

Can someone tell me what harness I need to keep all the functions of the new truck (2007 Chevy Silverado Classic with Bose and Onstar)? I am thinking GMOS-04, but others are telling me something different. Someone also stated with the Scosche adapter I need another set of speakers for Onstar? They said I could use Scosche DCGM09 if I do not care about losing Onstar. I don't really care what it costs I just want to get the right one. Would everything except Onstar work with the DCGM09? Would the GMOS-04 be better? Thanks everyone!

look at soundgate. they make all the modules to retain the door chimes, onstar functions, and steering wheel controls. make sure you get the onstar module w/bose. they make one with and one without the bose stereo option.

Had the Alpine iDA-X001 installed with the GMOS-04 adapter and everything is working awesome! I also had a SIR-ALP1 installed and it sounds 10x better than the factory GM XM radio. I don't want to start any arguments, but after having XM in the truck for 2 months I couldn't take it anymore. I now have 4 Sirius subscriptions and PERSONALLY I think it is superior in every way. Having the display for Sirius and the iPod is the ticket. Best $1000 I have ever spent (don't tell the wife). Thanks again for the helping hand picking out the correct adapter.
