7700MP or 6800MP

the 7700 is cheaper, but isnt it a higher model? out of the 2 which would u choose. was gfonna get the 880prs but my paycheck is going to be lower than i excpected. so ill get either the 6800 or 7700.. by the time im ready to upgrade im sure theyll have something better than the 880, or it might be on sale by then
