so its really gonna **** with tehe comps int he back? is there a way i can wire them so it wouldnt ****?

Well you should have come here before buying all that stuff. I mean personally I just would have went active and just done some really sweet Componets up front, like some Rainbows, but since you have this equipment, then I am sure you could find a way to put them back there. Custom make something if you can. Unless you are leasing that car.

Having components for rear fill being the bane of all car audio installation is nothing more than opinion. I easily concede that is an opinion held by more folks than not but at the end of the day it is opinion rather than fact.

If the guy wants to put components in the back then by all means let him! When you start paying for his equipment then start telling him he is foolish for wanting to do what he wants to do.

Who is telling him what to do? I said that he should have come here before he bought all that stuff silly prowler. Anyway I agree it is nothing but opinion and I have had it both ways and to be honest I like the sound coming from the front. Then again I have had lots of people riding in my back seat as of late. So is nice for them that I have rear speakers in the doors, for now anyway, lol!

well the rear comps are REALY goin to screw up the sound stage.

yeah nix the comps in the back and upgrade to better comps up front

bteer comps in the front foor sure....dont bother with the back

I wasn't necessarily addressing you, friend. I just have this tendency to get thoroughly irritated when multiple people seemingly get on someone else's case because they want strong rear fill or even (God forbid!) amped components in the back. I well understand that those of us who like it are the exception rather than the rule. That's why I generally keep quiet and do not try and push my way of doing things on anyone else outside of telling people I have amped components in the back and like it just fine no matter what the "speaker gurus" have to say about it. one question... how are you going to wire the subs to the amp? i mean u hav a pair of d2 subs... on a 2 channel amp, so you're gonna run it at .5, 2, or 8 ohms?

that sub amp is gonna be hell on your electrical system being 1k watts of a/b power on a typically small stock honda alt.

also put the infinitys up front since they are 2 ohm and are gonna get more power out of the amp than the polks. you definitely don't want the higher powered comp set in the back.
