2003 Lexus Gx470 Mark Levinson Help

Hello, I just recently purchased an '03 Lexus GX470 and had to buy a tested OEM amplifier bc the guy who sold it to me took out the old one and never told me - just said the radio didn't work. I plugged in the tested new to me unit I got on EBAY, and from everything I've seen it should just plug and play. Is there any additional setup required to get the audio to work? Right now I can see the sliders on the nav that control the balance, which weren't there before, but I can't control audio on the steering wheel or with the knob on the console.

I don't know if anyone on here has experience with them. You might be better off asking on a Lexus forum honestly.
