2001 Chevy Silverado Ext. Cab upgrade suggestions?

Hello all, I've been out of car audio for a decade and need some suggestions. All help is welcome.

My system is in need of an upgrade as it was a budget build. I'm not looking to enter competitions, but to get better sound. Best bang for the buck. I will not be taking any seating out.

Here is what I have now.

iPod classic 160gb

Kenwood Excelon mp3 cd tuner

Infinity Ref. 6020cs 6.5 component front

Infinity Ref. 6412cfp 4x6 rear

Infinity Ref. 1050w subs

MTX sub box under rear seat

Bazooka ELA150.1 mono amp for subs

Bazooka ELA60.4 4 channel for others

What is your budget? Im no expert but I know that you wont get many responses unless you let people know what your workin with.
