throw the Alpine type-X (spx-177r) in there. They're apparently hard to beat for the money.

Out of those, I"d go with a/d/s or DLS equipment.

how would the MS6 compare to the Diamond M661 i had in my old car, think i'd see a good improvement?

i doubt that is legit, but if your credit card pricematches that wouldnt be a bad idea

Well, I've only heard the M661's on a sound board, and I have some DLS speakers that are a little cheaper than the MS6's. The diamonds sound a little "hot" to me, and the DLS sound a little more natural. I still need to deaden my doors better, but the midbass is pretty decent with only 50x2 going to them. The diamonds will most likely get louder than the DLS sets though...something to keep in mind if its important for you.
